These Terms govern your access to and use of StockGP. StockGP is operated by StockGP Ltd in Kenya. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Using StockGP

StockGP offers online fantasy and prediction games based on motorsport events, along with related leagues and community features. You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Do not interfere with the service, attempt to access another person’s account or data, exploit errors, or use automation to gain an unfair advantage. Content you submit must not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

Game coins and results

Coins are in-app units used in StockGP game features. They are not money, an investment, or ownership in a team or event, and have no value outside the service. Game outcomes, scores, balances, and payouts are determined under the rules shown in the relevant feature and may depend on results data supplied by third parties. We may correct a result or calculation when necessary to address inaccurate or incomplete source data or an operational error.

StockGP is provided for entertainment. It does not provide financial, investment, or betting advice. No real-money wagering service is offered through these game features.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these Terms as the service changes. When we update these Terms, we will publish the updated version here. Your continued use of StockGP after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

The service and third-party event data may be unavailable, delayed, or inaccurate. To the extent permitted by applicable law, StockGP is not responsible for losses arising from service interruptions, third-party data errors, or your reliance on game information.
